"Our home was built in the mid-1990's with very limited kitchen storage, little room in the kitchen to move around and have more than one person, a formal dining room that was small and essentially unused.  Working with the E12 team, the dining room was eliminated to expand the kitchen and upgrade the appliances, add cabinets and storage, create a roomier more functional kitchen working area and combined the small dining area with the existing breakfast area into an open space that could accommodate seating for at least 12 or more as we have a large and extended family at times for meals.  We also extended the rear of the house (about 600 ft2) to create more space for the kitchen, a sunroom and to extend the family room area into a large multi-use open space from the kitchen to the family room.

This was a large, complicated project that required good planning and coordination between E-12, their subcontractors and our input and needs.  Our project priorities were a professional appearance, acceptable quality, cost management within our requirements, and flexibility in approach versus shortest completion time (this project took about 12 months) and minimum costs.  E-12 worked with us to understand our options throughout the process and make decisions based on our needs.  They also went to extra effort to keep our home/kitchen operational throughout the process, minimized the mess even with a large project and delivered the quality we were looking for in this remodel.  

E-12's staff and contractors were all very professional and took pride in their work.  We appreciated keeping the kitchen operational by creating a temporary set-up that could be moved around the work areas.  We appreciated the honest and forthright communication and flexibility to our needs - offering suggestions and advice but not stuck on one way of doing things.  They were patient in allowing my wife to make decisions at her own pace and see  what she wanted as the project unfolded.  We were very satisfied with the final result and anyone who visits our home always compliments us on the work done.  Thanks E-12!"
