Pre-Construction
We start with an initial meeting with you, the customer, to figure out our goals and the overall scope of the project in order to come up with the most cost effective plan to meet our goals. Afterwards we construct a plan utilizing architects, designers, structural engineers, and our network of trusted subcontractors to create your ideal living space.
Construction
As we work with our trusted subcontractors and design team we constantly monitor our budget, schedules, quality of work, and any changes to our plan that might come up during the course of the project. Here at E12, we are actively involved with every project from beginning to end to ensure that it meets our high standards.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build is a final walk through to ensure your complete satisfaction. None of us in E12 got into construction just to collect a paycheck. Our priority is to construct something that not only you, the customer, can be happy to call your own, but also can be something we can look back at and take pride in.
